A few of the children were excited to see Carol G and Sheryl and told me they gave them a big hug. Next time Flaxmere Ave might have to make ....the long walk.... over to us.

![]() Its school holiday time again and we were once again quiet in the over twos. We had twelve children in total so we decided to do something we have not done for a while. Visit the competition at our centre on Flaxmere Ave and check out what their ripper rugby skills were like. The long trek began from Walton Way down Berwick street and over the grass behined the shops and through the gum trees. Our four youngest had a ride in the pushchair while everyone else plodded along in the morning sunshine. I dont think any ripper rugby skills were seen while visiting Flaxmere Ave, but they did share their lunch kai with us. We ended up having a picnic outside before starting .....the long walk.... home. Once we got back we had another snack as lunch had also been prepared for us at our centre before heading off out to play again. A few of the children were excited to see Carol G and Sheryl and told me they gave them a big hug. Next time Flaxmere Ave might have to make ....the long walk.... over to us. Ka Kite Leigh.
