Today the children escaped outside to go splash in the puddles. The laughter and joy that radiated from the children's faces was magic and turned a boring old wet day into an exciting experience. Following the fun in the rain the children dried off and put on some warm dry clothes , then off to the foot spas they went where they sat back and relaxed in some lavender scented warm water, before having a nice foot massage. "Ohhhh bliss!" If only I could have joined them, but unfortunately... no one wants to massage my feet.
Kenai told me that "Water came from the clouds" and that "When it rains there are rainbows in the sky"
Kingston agreed with everyone when it was stated that "Water from the sky is the same as in the lake"
Jack told me "Seahorses and starfish live in the sea"
TeAomihia said that "Sharks and fish live in the sea too"
After our exciting morning the children found some different sized containers and chose some treasures. We filled their containers with some water and their treasure, and placed them in the freezer for tomorrow... I wonder what is going to happen??? Do you know? ask your children if they know what might happen to the water.
