Leigh Morgan

Picture
I'm Leigh and I'm the supervisor at Morgan Educare Centre 2.
In 2002 I graduated with my Bachelor of Education which qualifies me to teach and care for children from birth-eight years of age. I have a daughter Zara-Kaye and a son Aiden. I started working in our family run centre on Flaxmere Avenue. (Morgan Educare Centre Ltd) for four years and then we opened our second centre on Walton Way where I currently work.
I grew up in Flaxmere and attended Flaxmere Primary, followed by Heretaunga Intermediate and then Hastings Girls High School.
I have been part of the Flaxmere community for about 41 years and have no plans to leave in the near future.
In 2016 I completed  my level 4 papers in Te Ara Reo with Te Wānanga O Aotearoa and have completed a Raranga for Pēpi course. I am practising making wahakura so I can provide centre whānau who are expecting a new pēpi with their own wahakura to help promote safe sleep practices within our community.

Kia ora, Talofa lava.
My name is Deborah and I have been a qualified teacher at Morgan Educare Centre 2 since 2007. During my time here I have also undertaken intensive training within the Pikler Philosophy, which has its primary focus based around infants and toddlers. I am currently a primary caregiver with the pēpi. As a team we strive to create a loving, nurturing environment for all the children.
I have a family of two beautiful children, Stephanie and Ben-Jared and husband Nic.

Kia Ora, My name is Stacey. I am married and have four children and one grandchild.
I have been working with children since I was 18 years old. I have been working at Morgan Educare since July but was previously employed at Morgan Educare 8 years ago when I worked here for 2 years.
I have just finished doing in-home childcare which I thoroughly enjoyed, but I'm happy to be back working here.
